LOL your daughter is TOO cute in that video!! Oh wow that was fun to hear your voice!! I like the talky blogs! How great that you are doing this with your daughter, and being a good role model on the importance of fitness especially since you have the heart attack and heart disease genes in your family like you said in the latest blog. I am so proud of you. You are a great role model for your kids!!
